Responsibilities:

1. Be fully responsible for the construction of the company's food online sales system and team building, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets, and organize the implementation;

2. Responsible for the construction of online self-operated sales channels, the construction of operational cooperation channels, and the overall construction of online sales channels. Including online channel store opening and operation coordination, including live delivery management and coordination, short video operation, online store overall planning, marketing, promotion, customer relationship management and other system operation work;

3, the online sales data analysis, make full use of the company's existing goods, combined with the inventory structure to do a good marketing strategy, and according to the results of the operation of the improvement plan, continue to optimize sales performance;

4, responsible for the company's brand building work, new brand development, existing brand awareness building, etc;

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of online platform operation experience in Tmall, Jingdong, tremolo, etc., with rich experience in e-commerce operation, marketing activity planning and actual combat, and familiar with the marketing promotion methods of e-commerce platform; Experience in online and offline operation of drugs, equipment and food categories and customer resources is preferred; Successful experience in operating e-commerce stores from 0-1 is preferred;

2, clear thinking, and can be flexibly applied to the sales operation management;

3, have a strong sense of responsibility, dedication, excellent learning ability, the courage to accept challenges;

4. Experience in building a wired team, strong team communication and coordination ability, logical analysis ability and expression ability.
